Structural steel company John Reid & Sons Ltd (REIDsteel) is back to pre-Covid productivity levels at its manufacturing facility in Dorset.

“Praise must go to all of our people who returned to work raring to go and embraced our new Covid-19 working practices.

“Our construction operations have also successfully resumed and we intend to introduce a phased return for our office staff.

“The commitment of our people has helped to place the company in a very strong position so it is able to play a full part in supporting the country’s economic recovery.”

We were one of the first to shut down our manufacturing and construction site operations following the Government’s Covid lockdown in March – and led the way in re-opening five weeks […]

Structural steel company John Reid & Sons Ltd (REIDsteel) has today announced that it is temporarily suspending all operations with immediate effect.
