REIDsteel design officer manager John Harrison has received his Chartership certificate from the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE) in London.

John received the accolade from IStructE president Joe Kindregan after being elected as a member of the prestigious institution earlier this year.

Chartership recognises John’s professional and technical excellence, and means he is entitled to be referred to as a Chartered Structural Engineer.

REIDsteel managing director Simon Boyd said: “Congratulations to John on his richly deserved recognition.

“He has played a key role in the success of the company in recent years and will continue to do so moving forward.”

Simon added: “John’s achievement reflects the wealth of great talent we have within the company as we look forward to an exciting time ahead with relocation to our new state-of-the-art facility.
