We’re exhibiting at one of the aviation industry’s premier trade shows in early October, MRO Europe .

The event is being held at the ExCel centre in London for the aerospace maintenance industry.

We have nearly a century of experience designing and building  aircraft hangars and their doors – right back to our first constructions for the famous pilot Louis Bleriot in the 1920s.

French aviator Bleriot was the first person to fly across the Channel and pioneered early aircraft construction.

Today we retain our position at the forefront of the airfield industry with hangars of all sizes for aircraft ranging from the Airbus A380 to private jets.

Our project engineer Toby Hill-Cousins said: “Although we design and build many different types of steel structures these days, aviation is in our DNA since our very first hangars for Louis Bleriot.

“We have led the way with new technologies and practices, including our own patented methods, as the aviation industry has evolved over the years.

“Aircraft are getting larger and have increasingly complex maintenance needs, while many hangars these days incorporate doors, cranes, offices and workshops.

“We have nearly a century of experience to call upon as we design and build some of the most technologically advances hangars and doors today.”

More than 7,000 people in the maintenance, repair and overhaul sector will attend event MRO Europe on October 4 and 5.

We have the capability to design, manufacture, ship and erect entire steel buildings including their cladding and or glazing requirements throughout the UK and across the world.
